Orthopedic Sports Enhancement Center
Illinois Fusion has forged another branch of its partnership with the Orthopedic Sports Enhanement Center. Not only will the OSEC be the primary sponsor of our spring tournament, but they will now guide our athletic performance programs. We at Fusion are very excited to partner with an organization dedicated to not only the improvement of the athlete's performance, but the prevention and rehabilitation of injuries as well.
Speed & Agility
| What | 8 week program designed to improve overall speed of movement. Activities will be aimed at building strength and flexibility along with correct running form. | |

Youth Performance Training
